This exceptions will be used by all the base_atom classes in order to detect any problem or miss-configuration

	)

Constructor - instantiates one base_atom_exception.

Parameters

string	$errorcode	key for the corresponding error string
object	$a	extra words and phrases that might be required in the error string
string	$debuginfo	optional debugging information

Reimplemented in base_optigroup_exception, base_element_struct_exception, base_element_attribute_exception, base_element_parent_exception, base_atom_content_exception, and base_atom_struct_exception.
